Being a Holistic Health Practitioner is my passion to help others, especially because of my own journey. I am passionate about emotions and physical states of being because of what I’ve been through since early childhood. My experiences help me understand and guide others in a meaningful way.
I trained as a Natural Health Practitioner after searching for solutions through my own health and where investigations for good health lead me. I want people to see how amazing their bodies are and have good health!

My Story
What’s with my heart?
I have a big one to share. But I literally had a REALLY BIG one at 10! Twice the size on one side from being overworked since birth! My experiences help me understand and help others with compassion and empathy. It’s why I am so passionate about emotions and physical states of being…because of what I’ve been through.
It makes my heart sing when I get to support anyone that crosses my path and see positive changes and results in their life! Today, I love I’m that reaching so many more people, including children, 1:1 and in group sessions. Being part of a loving community reaching so many people around the world, being of wholehearted service making a positive difference what it’s all about for me.
I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and helping people navigate their journey, as well as supporting children through Holistic Practices and 9D Breathwork. Watch your dreams unfold, shine brighter and live your best life!
